1. Where can I find a bonus code?

Bonus codes can be found on social channels, campaign emails, online ads, and more throughout the contest period.

2. What are bonus codes?

Bonus codes can be entered into the online sweepstakes draw for chances to WIN. Every bonus code entered gives you 1 or more entry into the draws. Bonus codes can only be entered once.

3. Why am I getting a CSRF token message?

This usually occurs when the web browser is out of date.
We suggest installing the latest of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox before visiting irvingwin.com to register or to login. If you are still having issues, please email us at gamemaster@irvingwin.com.

4. I don’t have an email address — how do I sign up?

There are many free email services available on the Internet. We recommend Google’s Gmail or Microsoft’s Outlook. Follow the links to set up a new email account.

5. Can I use the same email address for more than one account?

Unfortunately, our system can only handle one email address per person, so one person should get a new email address. We recommend Google’s Gmail or Microsoft’s Outlook. Follow the links to set up a new email account.

6. How do I know if I am a WINNER?

If you are drawn for a prize, you will be contacted by email or phone associated with your account when you registered.

7. How do I update my account information?

8. I am unable to log in, what should I do?

If you are unable to log in, please try resetting your password first. If you are unable to reset your password, contact gamemaster@irvingwin.com

9. What is a captcha?

A captcha is a security feature on our webpage. When you click on the box that says “I’m not a robot,” some images should appear, please click on the images that correspond to the question above the pictures.

11. How do I remove myself from the online sweepstakes?

To remove yourself from the online sweepstakes, click here. Please note that all of the online ballots you have accumulated will be removed. In order to stop receiving emails, please unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in your email.
